Fried Noodles: Yakisoba? Lumpiang Togue? Combined?

Since the meal is called fried noodles and it resembles a Japanese yakisoba in appearance, at first glance, it will seem comparable to one.

You might be surprised to discover that it tastes more like a lumpiang togue than you anticipated because you were hoping for the flavor of a meal you would often have with friends. But, undoubtedly, the sprouted beans gave the noodles more texture and flavor while balancing the sauce's sweetness and saltiness.

On the other hand, the chopsticks made it seem more like a Japanese Yakisoba. Instead of a classic plastic fork, wooden disposable chopsticks were given, which added to the vibe.

It was a pleasure to use such chopsticks since they gave the impression that the dinner was being consumed in the midst of Tokyo, while enjoying the sweet breeze and the dance of the sakura blossom trees.
