Food stalls are everywhere! Fatima Avenue officially opened its Fiesta Food Bazaar for the locals to visit this month of May. Museo de Valenzuela becomes the main venue of the sellers to set up their mini stalls and appear interesting. Because of this, consumers have a wide variety of meal options to suit their tastes and suit their mood or the people they are with.      The beauty of contrast Diversity describes the overall vibe of the food bazaar as it depicts differences between every food according to how it looks, how it was flavored, and what style it adopted, but it still shows how one dish can be paired or combined perfectly with another dish present. A perfect combo—got something in mind? There's still more, though! Apart from the aesthetic vibe that the food and location as a whole impart, cats roam freely, attracting the attention of locals, particularly cat lovers. People appear to cast a spell and instantly provide them food with simply a "meow" and seductive...

Mayo-Cheese Nachos: A Super Cheesy Fiesta!

  Even at restaurants, nachos are naturally offered as an appetizer. Numerous other toppings that added taste to the simple nachos were added to finish it off. To every slice of nachos with tomatoes, the dressing undoubtedly provides sweetness which make it taste good. This can be a choice for folks who are looking for a snack. Although it is tasty, eating nachos becomes less enjoyable as they lose their crunch when they get chilly. It may, however, be shared, especially if you're doing it with a partner or pals, and it goes well with a few drinks. For individuals who only need an appetizer or side dish for their main dinner, these nachos are a good choice. It is nice, but might be even better.

The Corn Dogs of the Bazaar

  Do you feel like some snacks? Why not give this corn dog prepared in Korean manner a try? It was made better by the coat's crunchiness and the tenderness of the hotdog inside. Is it really good? The appearance is quite interesting which can really attracts customers. It kind of resembles the Korean style corndog which commonly seen in Korean dramas lately so, curiousity attacks immediately to let you buy it. It is a great strategy from the sellers; a good choice and presentation of product. It is recommendable especially for those fanatics of hotdog snack. Its flavor was enhanced by the coating of crispy potatoes. It appears as though you consumed a hotdog and fries simultaneously. Kids and teenagers will therefore undoubtedly satiate their needs. Even though some people find it to be fairly expensive, consuming it will make you feel full.

Tamayaaa! : Festival's Takoyaki

If the other snacks do not suit your taste, you can have a savory Takoyaki that is very rich in flavor and sauce. It is very soft and tender.  You can actually taste its flavorful batter that really adds to the texture of the food.  Though it is a little bit fishy due to the squid, the sauce definitely makes up for it. One would say that this meal adds more of a Japanese atmosphere to the bazaar, and the bazaar being a festival relates more to the summer festival ()  of Japan, the time of the year when takoyaki is usually served. Shouting Tamayaaa is a nice addition to the flavor of the takoyaki but without the fireworks, it is not recommendable to shout it. 

Fried Noodles: Yakisoba? Lumpiang Togue? Combined?

Since the meal is called fried noodles and it resembles a Japanese yakisoba in appearance, at first glance, it will seem comparable to one. You might be surprised to discover that it tastes more like a lumpiang togue than you anticipated because you were hoping for the flavor of a meal you would often have with friends. But, undoubtedly, the sprouted beans gave the noodles more texture and flavor while balancing the sauce's sweetness and saltiness. On the other hand, the chopsticks made it seem more like a Japanese Yakisoba. Instead of a classic plastic fork, wooden disposable chopsticks were given, which added to the vibe. It was a pleasure to use such chopsticks since they gave the impression that the dinner was being consumed in the midst of Tokyo,  while enjoying the sweet breeze and the dance of the sakura blossom trees.

Pepperoni Pizza: A Slice of Ecstasy

  One of the main course you might eat is a delightful pepperoni pizza, but bring some patience as it takes time to cook. Still, great things take time, don't they? The pizza is one of the bazaar's tastiest offerings, so if you wait long enough, it will be worthwhile. Pizza itself was the ideal consistency and temperature—neither too hot nor too cold. You had the impression that you were being blessed by angels thanks to the cheese and pepperoni mix. You name it: a taste of heaven, even if some people don't think so. Pizza that had just been baked was so much better. In addition, it can be shared by a large family or group of friends. Pizza that has eight delicious pieces might make your day.

Chicken Poppers: A Burst of Flavor along with Rice

Desiring a rice combination? If so, you ought to try this dish. Additionally to satisfying your grumbling stomach, food should fill your tongue with a delicious taste. Since these chicken poppers were made to be bite-sized and boneless as well, you won't have to battle with how to consume a large chunk of chicken. This combination tastes good. But in order to provide the client more options, more sauces and rice varieties, like garlic fried rice, could have been introduced. It can be more attractive and enticing to the majority of people's palates in this way. Freshly made steamed siomai with yellow rice along with some garlic toyomansi, it is every Filipinos’ iconic food. Whatever occassion it is, majority still can't say no to the iconic Filipino meal, "Siomai rice". It is the budget starter pack meal that mostly students and workers purchasing.  So, having this dish for the line up of the cuisine present in the bazaar made it more iconic. This represent the most Filipino style among the other dish that adopted and influenced by other country. Indeed, the Fatima food bazaar is on fire! 

Colorful Beverages and Varying Tastes

Of course, every food vendor needs to have liquids on hand to satisfy the thirst of their customers. Here's where the vibrant beverages come in. Choose from cucumber, blue lemon, red iced tea, and iced tea. The color is very alluring, and the flavor is also very delicious. Everyone who needs to quench their thirst should try it. Your needs will be met and the flavors of each meal you have ordered will be complemented by these drinks. After enjoying and finishing all the foods you had ordered, you took a "panulak," as it was known. Drinks' vibrant colors enhance their inherent flavors by adding more zing.
